MEDITATION

I believe meditation can be used to develop ourselves in many ways, helping to optimise our state, bringing increased levels of concentration, confidence, and relaxation. These benefits helping us to realise and achieve our goals.
The aim for me when teaching is to offer a variety of techniques for people to explore and build their own practice, something that feels right to them as an individual. I want to offer space for people to truly explore, connect and express their selves, optimising state of being and enjoyment of life! Meditation is a tool that can be used by everyone!

One to one meditation coaching

During sessions I provide space to be guided through a number of meditation techniques to allow you to learn how to meditate and/or explore and develop your practice.  
Some of the meditation themes include:
- Pranayama breathing techniquesualisation 

- Visualisation

- Transcendental meditation (Mantras)
- Mindful observation 
- Movement meditation 
- Self care and awareness
Breathing techniques will be used as the foundation throughout each session to help guide us into meditative states, and access an energy source to optimise our experience. 

Cost: £30 per session (1hr), with a suggestion of 6 sessions to develop your own practice.

Where: Sessions can be delivered at Wonderful Things Studio (Canning Town) or online.

Group meditation classes

Group classes offer the chance to explore meditation with others and connect with like minded people.

I currently teach at:

  • Wonderful Things Space in Canning Town. These are weekly class delivered Thursday 12:00 - 12:30 and deliver space to step back, rest, reflect and restore, developing focused concentration and relaxation. Sessions cost £6 and can be booked via the Wonderful Things Space website.

  • Expressway Victoria Docks. A once a month Saturday morning class that offers yoga, meditation, healthy snacks and drinks over two and a half hours. These sessions occur the first Sunday of every month. Sessions cost £25 and can be booked here.

Corporate wellness

It’s important to wind down and reset during the work day. These sessions are designed for companies who want to offer staff some space to relax and reconnect. Helping people slow down, restore, and find focus.
Meditation sessions tend to be between 45 minutes to 1 hour and can be developed in line with your companies interests and needs. 
Reflective away day sessions can also be delivered which include:
  • Meditation
  • Mindful Movement
  • Reflections on work practice and progress
  • Goal setting
