    Group meditation classes exploring various forms of meditation to help increase focused concentration, optimise our state, and float into guided relaxation.

    During sessions I provide space to be guided through a number of meditation techniques to allow you to learn how to meditate and/or explore and develop your practice on a personal level.

  • Corporate Wellness

    It’s important to wind down and reset during the work day. These sessions are designed for companies who want to offer staff some space to relax and reconnect. Helping people slow down, restore, and find focus.
